Cecile, the owner of CC Gourmet, originally came from Shanghai, China. She pursued higher education in the United States and graduated from Montana State University in 2016 with a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Cecile has a solid background in Nutrition and has worked in healthcare for many years. Her knowledge of Nutrition and passion for cooking inspired her to create healthy meals with great taste.
Cecile learned to make all kinds of Shanghai local street food at a very young age and was strongly influenced by Japanese cuisine. She loves cooking and is passionate about sharing her specialty Asian food and cooking skills with everyone. Cecile also enjoys swimming and running in her leisure time, believing that a healthy diet and being physically active are two essential elements of life.
The idea of starting a food truck business came from her honeymoon trip to Hawaii with her husband, Dan. They were fascinated by the shrimp trucks that had been serving delicious and affordable food for more than twenty years. The experience inspired Cecile and Dan to bring the concept back to Montana, serving authentic Asian cuisine from a food truck.
With Cecile's expertise in Nutrition and cooking, and Dan's business acumen, they created CC Gourmet, a family-owned food truck business. Cecile's mission is to provide healthy and delicious Asian cuisine to the community, enhancing food choices for everyone. CC Gourmet quickly became popular, with customers raving about the signature steamed buns and other specialty appetizers and dishes.
Cecile is proud of what she has accomplished with CC Gourmet, bringing her passion for cooking and healthy living to the community. She hopes to continue serving the best Asian food possible, always with the highest quality ingredients and the freshest flavors.
